About Us
Howard Medical Billing specializes in revenue cycle management for Indiana physicians. We have been in business since 2000 and retain our first client. We take pride in keeping your collection rate above 90 percent.
What’s more, our staff works exclusively to provide your office with the latest solutions and reimbursement strategies. We will assist your office with the tedious tasks of medical claims, patient billing, insurance follow-up and patient collections.
We also monitor your insurance payments for zero pays and underpayments, and we appeal on your behalf those claims that were inappropriately denied. For your convenience, we can either work in a traditional paper or more modern paperless environment, whichever suits your office.
Our services are customized to your individual needs. We have the ability to remotely access your current data, house your entire billing process, or work concurrently in the same database.
We believe our office is an extension of your office. We will work toward common goals – claims resolution, HIPPA compliance and increased financial stability for your business. Best of all, our fees are based on a percentage of payments collected – if you don’t get paid, neither do we.
